1.) CANCEL / RETURN POLICY :
In general, an item may be eligible for return, if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
a.) Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
b.) Has any missing items from contents mentioned on the box
c.) Is the item different from what was ordered An Intimation should be given within 24 hours from the time of receipt of products to support@caredurastore.com or +91-44-71255000 along with reasons of return
• Refund is issued within 5 – 7 working days once the products are received at our end if the products are eligible for refund and the same will be intimated to you
• All items must be returned in their original condition, user manual, and other items in the package in the manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you 2.) Shipping Information:
• Order Processing Time – 1 to 5 days• Delivery Time – 10 to 14 days Working Day's
